It started out harmless enough. And it was only supposed to last like 50 or 60 cartoons. Then, I aimed for a hundred. That became 200.
That's when it stopped being fun for me.
I kept it up and as it got harder to find source material, I decided to call it quits at 500. Problem was that I still had about 180 to go by that point.
Eventually, I did produce and send out 500 of these things and retired the Sideshow forever. Until I started up this website and did a few more.
For those who never got to see the Sideshow, I'm pleased to say that finally – for the first time ever – here are ALL 500 original cartoons. Each are digitally cleaned up and optimized for the web.
Note: every 50th Sideshow was a special full-colour weekend cartoon so the file sizes will be larger.
